Google announced a few moments ago the promotion of the Chrome 58 web browser to the stable channel for all supported platforms, including GNU/Linux, macOS, and Microsoft Windows. After being first promoted to the Beta channel earlier today, Chrome 58.0.3029.81 is now the latest stable release of the popular web browser from Google, bringing a number of fixes and improvements like full support for the IndexedDB 2.0 standard, improvements to iframe navigation, and full-screen support for PWAs (Progressive Web Apps) on Android.
